Getting started

How do I sign in?

You don't need a password — enter your email on the sign-in page and we send you a link. Open it and you're signed in. If you've set a password from your account's Security settings, you can use that instead of waiting for the link.

The sign-in form, asking only for an email address

The same page has a Create an account link if you don't have one yet.

To the inbox of whichever address you typed. The link is valid for a short time and works once.

Check your spam or junk folder first, and that you typed your email correctly. The link is only valid for a short time and only works once, so if it's been a while, ask for a new one from the sign-in page rather than searching for the old email. If it still doesn't turn up, write to us.

What is my "profile"?

The account created for you when you first sign in. It's what your giving is attached to.

What is a profile slug?

The part of your profile's web address after the slash — for example, in members.aikyamfellows.org/your-name, your-name is your slug. Friends use it to find your giving circle; it isn't a secret.

Do I need to fill in my profile before I can give?

No. You don't even need an account — see Giving.
