Where do I find my receipts?

Sign in, then go to Dashboard > Settings > Payment Receipts. Receipts are listed by fiscal host and by month, with an option to download.

Can I get a yearly receipt instead of one per month?

Yes. Filter by a specific year and you'll see a single annual receipt for that fiscal host, alongside the monthly breakdown.

What is 80G / 12A?

Tax-exemption details that let an Indian donor claim a deduction for their gift. Whether a receipt carries an 80G/12A number, and what that number is, comes from the settings of the fiscal host that received your contribution — it's the host's registration, not the individual organisation's.

I give to more than one organisation here — how many receipts do I get?

One per fiscal host, not one per organisation. Some organisations on this site share a fiscal host, so giving to more than one of them can still add up to a single receipt — check Organisations and fiscal hosts to see which. Giving to organisations under different hosts gets you a separate receipt for each.

What happens to my receipt if a payment is refunded?

If a payment that already has an 80G receipt is refunded, that receipt is cancelled and a corrected one is issued for what you actually gave. See Refunds.
