Where do I manage a monthly contribution?

Dashboard > Contributions, once you're signed in.

How do I change the amount of a monthly contribution?

From Dashboard > Contributions, open the contribution and choose to update the amount.

How do I cancel a monthly contribution?

From Dashboard > Contributions, choose Cancel contribution and confirm. This stops the mandate at Razorpay immediately — no further monthly payment is collected. You don't need to contact your bank or UPI app separately.

Payments already collected before you cancel aren't automatically reversed; see Refunds if you want one of those back.

Can I pause a contribution instead of cancelling it?

Not currently. Cancel it and set up a new one when you're ready, or write to us.

Is my giving incognito?

If you're signed in, yes — every contribution is currently made anonymously, and there's no setting to change that. Giving as a guest instead offers a checkbox to be named publicly. See Giving for details.
